September 2026
- Welcome Seniors, Class of 2027!
- Fall College Visit Examples: Willamette, Oregon State University, Washington State University, University of British Columbia, University of Oregon, Seattle University Law School. Visits will be announced in the Daily Bulletin.
- College Prep Resources from Hale and the SPL. Learn more.
- Seniors: Submit your yearbook senior portraits and baby photos (optional). The yearbook portal is now open for seniors to submit a senior portrait and baby photo. Submitting is free and optional. If you choose not to submit a portrait, we will use your student ID photo in the yearbook. The deadline to submit is Dec. 1. See the Yearbook page for complete details.

October 2026
- AP Exam Registration & Payment Window Opens:

- Seattle Promise Scholarship:
- Begin research and application process for Seattle Promise. Application due TBD.

- Parents! Senior Meeting for Parents before Curriculum Night, Thur, October 1, 2026 in the PAC. Times are yet to be confirmed but it will likely start at 6:15 p.m. Jostens will present info about ordering cap and gown, and other accessories.
- Oct. 1: FAFSA/WASFA Opens
- Oct. 7 & Oct. 21: Senior Meeting
- Senior Meeting for students during Mentorship. Jostens (senior graduation cap/gown orders, etc.) will be present at lunch.
- Oct. 8: School Day SAT. Seniors will take the test in the morning. Learn more details.
- Oct. 10: Curriculum Night
- Oct. 16: SPREE Tickets available now. Take advantage of early bird pricing.

- Feb. TBD (optional): Grad Ads will be published in the Hale yearbook in June. Senior grad ads are optional – all seniors will still be included in our portrait pages. See the yearbook webpage for pricing and details.
- Feb TBD! Please be aware that your Mid-Year transcript will automatically be sent by your counselor on Feb. 13, 2026 through the Common App. If you do have a school that requires a Mid-Year transcript not on the Common App, please ensure you have completed a transcript request through Naviance by Wed, Feb. 11, 2026 to ensure timely delivery of your transcript.
- Feb. TBD: Seattle Promise Application Due
March 2027

- April! Stop by the Main Office to check the spelling of your name for your diploma and the graduation program.
- April! Seniors – Prom Guest Dance Pass Forms are available in the Main Office. Completed forms are due TBD. with your guest’s school administrator’s business card attached.

- PE competency assessment due
- All PE Waivers are due – Sports waivers to Mr. Haskins, all others to counselors
- All fines must be paid
- Service Learning complete and forms turned in to the Counseling Office (60 hours total)
- May TBD: Deadline to check spelling of name for Graduation Program and Diploma

- Fines for unreturned items include: $350 for laptops, $48 for laptop charger, $50 for WiFi hotspot. The district has stated that devices and accessories that are not returned will result in a fine according to district policy (2022SP).

- June TBD: Senior Breakfast from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.
- Prom and Senior breakfast tickets are linked. Once you buy a Prom ticket, grab a field trip form for Senior breakfast. Field trip forms are also available in the Main Office. Fill it out and give it to Ms. Witt.
- June TBD: Repurchased Yearbooks will be distributed to students in June 2026. We will provide more info to students in early June.
