  • Seniors! Pick up your cap & gown and senior sign in the main office. Don’t forget to check the spelling of your name for your diploma and the graduation program in the main office.
  • By May 27: Prom/Senior Breakfast tickets are both on sale now! Purchase on SchoolPay.
  • May 29: It’s time to return your library books! With the end of the year upon us, it’s time to get those library books back! Seniors, your due date is this Friday, May 29.
  • May 30: Prom from 8 – 11 p.m.
  • May 31, 2026: Yearbook Presale Window Ends
  • Senior SPREE tickets are on sale for $250!  Checks made payable to NHSPREE can be dropped off at the SPREE mailbox in the main office.  Please write your student’s name on the check. Tickets can be purchased online!  Please consider making a donation. Email nhspree@gmail.com with questions.

June 2026

  • Tuesday, June 2, 2026 through Monday, June 8: Check-Out Week!
    • Complete Check-Out Form.
    • Seniors will return laptops and chargers during senior check out week, June 2 through 8, 2026. 
      • Fines for unreturned items include: $350 for laptops, $48 for laptop charger, $50 for WiFi hotspot. The district has stated that devices and accessories that are not returned will result in a fine according to district policy (2022SP). 
  • June 8: Senior Ice Cream Social
  • June 9: Senior Breakfast from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.
    •  Prom and Senior breakfast tickets are linked. Once you buy a Prom ticket, grab a field trip form for Senior breakfast. Field trip forms are also available in the Main Office. Fill it out and give it to Ms. Witt. 
  • June TBD: Repurchased Yearbooks will be distributed to students in June 2026. We will provide more info to students in early June.
  • June 10, 7:30 p.m. Nathan Hale High School Graduation on Raider Field. More graduation information.
    • Graduation Ceremony Tickets! Each Senior can receive up to 6 tickets when turning in the completed Senior Checkout Form. (Senior Check-Out Days are Tues, June 2 – Mon, June 8)
    • Additional Graduation Ceremony Tickets: Seniors email Ms. Keyes; rkkeyes@seattleschools.org with the number of additional tickets requested.
      • *Note! No guarantee that additional tickets will be available.

Attention Former Wedgwood Elementary Marmots! Senior Class of 2026, you are invited to participate in the “Senior Grad Walk”. Thursday, June 4 at 8 a.m. graduates and families sign in and graduates will gather at the southeast corner of the school in their cap & gown and walk the hallways of Wedgwood Elementary as students cheer them on. Community connection time on the playground afterwards.

  • Fall College Visits: Willamette, Oregon State University, Washington State University, University of British Columbia, University of Oregon, Seattle University Law School. Visits will be announced in the Daily Bulletin.

  • Dec. 1: Senior Portraits (Optional or School ID photo will be used) due. Read more details.
  • Dec. 1: Senior Baby Photos (Optional) due. Details on the Senior page.
  • Dec. 11: FAFSA/WAFSA Drop In Support at the Lake City Branch Library.
    • The Lake City Library will host a brief college financial aid basics presentation 6-6:20 p.m. for any juniors, seniors, and parents/guardians, followed by drop-in assistance with the FAFSA/WASFA forms from 6-7:30 p.m. for any seniors and parents. 
      • Representatives from College Success Foundation, UW Office of Multicultural Outreach and Recruitment, North Seattle College, Northwest Education Access, and Shoreline Community College will be available to answer general college, financial aid, and FAFSA/WASFA questions in both English and Spanish. Light refreshments will be available.
  • Dec. 15: Register & Order Cap & Gown.

January 2026

  • Jan. 2026: Orders must be placed for your Cap, Gown, Tassel and Stole. Read more details.
  • Senior SPREE tickets are on sale now!  Senior SPREE tickets are on sale for $250! Checks made payable to NHSPREE can be dropped off at the SPREE mailbox in the mail office. Please write your student’s name on the check. Tickets can be purchased online on the SPREE website!  Please consider making a donation or paying the full price of $250.   • Jan. 23 – 27, 2026: Semester 1 Finals will take place over 3 days starting Friday, January 23 through Tuesday, January 27.
    • Students will be scheduled to take their Period 1 and 4 Finals on Friday the 23, Periods 2 and 5 Finals on Monday the 26, and Periods 3 and 6 Finals on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
  • Jan 28, 2026: Senior Meeting during Mentorship (12:10 p.m. start) in the PAC.
  • Jan. 30, 2026: Cap & Gown possible Scholarship requests due. Please contact Emily Wong, our Fiscal Specialist, at eywong@seattleschools.org or the Main Office at 206-252-3680 for more information.

February 2026

  • Feb. 1 (optional): Grad Ads are for sale until Feb. 1 and will be published in the Hale yearbook in June. Senior grad ads are optional – all seniors will still be included in our portrait pages. See the yearbook webpage for pricing and details.
  • Feb 11! Please be aware that your Mid-Year transcript will automatically be sent by your counselor on Feb. 13, 2026 through the Common App. If you do have a school that requires a Mid-Year transcript not on the Common App, please ensure you have completed a transcript request through Naviance by Wed, Feb. 11, 2026 to ensure timely delivery of your transcript.
  • Feb. 13, 2026: Seattle Promise Application Due

April 2026

  • April 8: IMPORTANT Senior Meeting
    • On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, we held our final Senior Meeting of the year. All seniors were emailed the presentation on Thursday in case they were unable to attend. Please ask your senior about the most important dates coming up. 
  • April! Stop by the Main Office to check the spelling of your name for your diploma and the graduation program. 
  • April! Seniors – Prom Guest Dance Pass Forms are available in the Main Office. Completed forms are due May 26 at 4 p.m. with your guest’s school administrator’s business card attached.
    •  If your guest no longer attends high school and is not older than 20, then please attach a copy of your guest’s photo ID (WA driver’s license or ID card) and also add their email address. These post-high school aged guests will need to schedule a virtual meeting with our assistant principal so please don’t wait until the deadline to turn the form in.
