Cap and Gown Ordering: Jostens presented info about cap and gown orders to students at the Wed, October 7 Senior Meeting  

• Deadline to order is October 21st.​ 
• Info will be forwarded to senior families and posted on website. 

Yearbook Sales: You may order a 2026-27 Nathan Hale High School yearbook only during specific sales periods throughout the school year or until they sell out. Buy early and save up to $20! Place your order through SchoolPay (credit card) or in person at the Fiscal Office (cash or check) during these times: 

• By Sept. 6, 2026: Yearbook cost: $55, or $50 if purchased with ASB activity card 
• Nov. 14 to Dec. 4, 2026: Yearbook cost: $60  
• Feb. 6 to 26, 2027: Yearbook cost: $65 
• May 2 to 22, 2027: Yearbook cost: $70 

Senior Portraits and Senior Baby Photos (optional): Due December 1, 2026 

All seniors may submit a senior portrait that meets our guidelines (see below). Submitting a senior portrait is free! If you choose not to submit a portrait, we will instead use your student ID photo in the senior portrait section. 

Submit your senior portrait via the Yearbook Snap website.  Follow these instructions to submit: 

To submit your senior portrait: 

1. Visit Walsworth Yearbook website and search for Nathan Hale High School in Seattle, WA. 
2. Enter the code hale2027 (code is case sensitive). 
3. Upload the portrait you want to submit. 
4. Check “This photo is a portrait” box, enter name and grade. Be sure to include student’s full first and last name and grade. 
5. Complete photo release consent, then select “Submit photos.” 
6. Receive an email confirmation once successfully submitted.

• Feb. 1 (optional): Grad Ads will be published in the Hale yearbook in June. Senior grad ads are optional – all seniors will still be included in our portrait pages. See the yearbook webpage for pricing and details.
• Feb TBD! Please be aware that your Mid-Year transcript will automatically be sent by your counselor through the Common App. If you do have a school that requires a Mid-Year transcript not on the Common App, please ensure you have completed a transcript request to ensure timely delivery of your transcript.
• Feb. 12, 2027: Seattle Promise Application Due.

• April! Seniors – Prom Guest Dance Pass Forms are available in the Main Office. Completed forms are due TBD. with your guest’s school administrator’s business card attached.

June 2027

• June 3-9: Check-Out Week!
  • Check-Out Form available TBD.
  • Seniors will return laptops and chargers during senior check out week.
    • Fines for unreturned items include: $350 for laptops, $48 for laptop charger, $50 for WiFi hotspot. The district has stated that devices and accessories that are not returned will result in a fine according to district policy (2022SP). 
• June 9: Principal Sign-Off Day (last item on form!)
• June 9: Senior Ice Cream Social at 3 p.m. in the Commons.
• June 10: Senior Breakfast.
• June TBD: Pre-purchased Yearbooks will be distributed to students in June 2027. We will provide more info to students in early June.
• TBD: June 11, 2027: Nathan Hale High School Graduation on Raider Field at 5:30 p.m. Rehearsal will be at 10:30 a.m. Seniors MUST attend rehearsal in order to walk. More graduation information.
