- AP Exam Registration & Payment Window Opens:
- Registration & Payments are due by Oct. 31, 2025 by 5 p.m. PT
- Seattle Promise Scholarship:
- Begin research and application process for Seattle Promise. Application due Feb, 13, 2026.

- Oct. 1: FAFSA/WASFA Opens
- Oct. 6-17: Post High School Presentation to Senior English classes
- Oct. 16: Curriculum Night & Senior Parent/Guardian Information Recap
- Oct. 17-18: National College Fairs: Seattle Convention Center
- Oct. 22: Senior Meeting
- Senior Cap, Gown, and Announcements meeting in PAC (12-1:00 p.m). Orders due Dec. 25, 2025. More details on the Senior page.
- Oct. 28: School Day SAT. Seniors will take the test in the morning. More details in the Hale News.
- Oct. 31: AP Exam Registration & Payments for Advanced Placement exams are due by 5 p.m. PT
- Visit the College Board website to verify student registration.
- Nov. 15: Black College Expo- Rainier Beach HS
- Dec. 1: Senior Portraits (Optional or School ID photo will be used) due
- Dec. 1: Senior Baby Photos (Optional) due
- Dec. 15: Senior Cap & Gown Orders Due
- January 2026 TBD: FAFSA/WAFSA Drop In Support may be at the Lake City Branch Library.
- Feb. 13, 2026: Seattle Promise Application due
- April 30: Seattle Promise FAFSA/ WAFSA Deadline

- May 4- 15, 2026: AP Exams at Nathan Hale
- May TBD: Senior Sign Pick-Up
- May TBD: Deadline to check spelling of name for graduation program and diploma
- May TBD: Senior graduation requirements must be met including:
- High School & Beyond Plan
- Credit Retrieval Courses (Red Comet) Complete
- PE competency assessment due
- All PE Waivers are due – Sports waivers to Mr. Haskins, all others to counselors
- All fines must be paid
- Service Learning complete and forms turned in (60 hours total)
- June TBD: Nathan Hale High School Graduation
