Please note that dates are subject to change. Dates that are noted with TBD have yet to be confirmed. Revised dates will be announced by Hale Mail and School Messenger, and on this calendar page. Those items with $ indicate that a cost is associated with the event.

- Window is open through October 31 for online registration for Advanced Placement exams.
- DEADLINE: October 31. To register, students must create a College Board Student Account $

Post High School Options Presentation to senior English classes
October 25-26
October 29
School Day SAT administered to all seniors in their Mentorship classes. Students who don’t have a Mentorship or who are in a multi-grade Mentorship class will be assigned a class/teacher to take the test. Please see the School Day PSAT/SAT calendar entry for more information.

- Senior Portrait for yearbook due.
Winter 2025
- Senior SPREE tickets go on sale. Senior parents are organizing an all-night, safe graduation party. Event would start sometime after graduation ceremony ends.
February 14

- Grad Ads due $
April 4 – May 16
- Confirm spelling of senior names for diplomas and graduation program
May 5-16
- Advanced Placement exams
May 14
- National Achiever will be on site Wed, 5/14 to distribute cap and gown orders placed with them directly.
May 23
- Completed Service Learning Hour forms are due in the Counseling Office. Seniors need to have 60 hours of service learning for graduation.
June 7
- Senior Prom at Sunset Bay Lodge from 8 – 11pm. Ticket prices to be determined.
June 9-13
Senior Check-out forms distributed to be completed and returned to office. Forms will be available in senior LA classes and in the Main Office for students not enrolled in a LA class at NHHS. Completed forms are required in order to receive up to 6 graduation ceremony tickets.
Senior graduation requirements must be met including:
- High School & Beyond Plan
- Required courses for graduation
- PE competency assessment completed
- All PE Waivers are due – Sports waivers to Mr. Haskins, all others to counselors
- All fines must be paid
- Service Learning complete and forms turned in
June 13
- Senior Ice Cream Social in the Commons.
June 16
- Senior Breakfast will be held at the Center for Urban Horticulture from 9:30am to noon. Ticket sales and prices to be determined.
June 17 Graduation Rehearsal and Ceremony
10 a.m. – Commencement Rehearsal on Raider Field. Attendance required.
5 p.m. – Commencement / Class of 2025 Graduation Ceremony on Raider Field
- Cake reception in the Commons immediately following the ceremony. SPREE starts after reception. More info to come.
- Tickets for graduation will be distributed to seniors when they turn in their completed senior check-out forms. Seniors can get up to 6 tickets.
- Students needing more than 6 tickets for graduation should email Rae Keyes and note their name (if emailing from a personal email and not their student email address) and the number of additional tickets they would like. Tickets will be distributed as equitably as possible from the tickets not claimed by seniors at checkout.
