Air Force One touched down on Paine Field Airport at approximately 12:48 pm PT, and President Obama disembarked at 12:50 pm. He was greeted by a large group of WA state and federal politicians, per the White House, including Gov. Jay Inslee, Sens. Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell, Reps. Suzan DelBene and Rick Larsen, Everett mayor Ray Stephanson, Seattle mayor Ed Murray, Major General Bret Dougherty, the adjutant general, and Jon Lovick, Snohomish County executive.
At 12:53 pm Obama boarded Marine One with the governor and Sens. Murray and Cantwell and took off for an aerial tour of the mudslide area.

The spring musical is finally here! Legally Blonde the Musical opens May 8th and runs on May 8, 9, 10, 15, 16 & 17 at 7:30pm in the Nathan Hale Performing Arts Center. Based on the hit 2001 movie, this flirty, fun, and very pink musical is packed with high power dance numbers and unforgettable melodies, Legally Blonde the Musical, reminds us all "that being true to yourself never goes out of style."
Tickets are $10 for students and seniors and $15 for adults; tickets are now available online here (http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/610914). Construction and traffic rerouting for The Thornton Creek Confluence project will begin in the next several weeks. Information on the project and the rerouting of metro busses on 35th Ave NE between 95th and NE 110th can be found below.

Whether you are a seasoned gardener or just getting started, Hale’s horticulture students have everything you need this spring! We will have an amazing selection of organic vegetable starts, herbs, fuchsia baskets, and geraniums--all grown by Nathan Hale’s horticulture students. Eight types of trailing fuchsias, five colors of zonal geranium, and over 20 different tomato varieties—most of them heirloom! Plus so much more. All of our vegetables were started from seed in our greenhouse. Thank you for supporting us!

Our greenhouse is located just north of Jane Addams K-8 School. From Lake City Way, turn east onto 110th Street. Turn left (north) onto 34th Avenue NE. Drive past the school, then turn left into our driveway. The greenhouse is at the top of the hill.
