Timeline For Class of 2030

Welcome to Hale!

Use our Course Option Sheet Class of 2030 (PDF) to request courses for next school year. Your 9th grade academy courses (Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, as well as newly district requirements of Health and Personal Fitness) have already been pre-selected for you. Students will be auto enrolled into their next level Math based on the class they are taking this year.

Use your sheet to choose your 1 Year Long Elective or 2 Semester Long Electives (students enrolled in World Language and Year Long Music Ensemble can register for both online.) In addition, you need to choose 4 Alternatives. By selecting a specific course you are both expressing your interest and your commitment to complete it.

Class of 2030 Online Registration Instructions

  1. Refer to Electives Course Options at the bottom of this page and the NHHS 2026-27 Course Catalog for a detailed description of our courses.
  2. Select either 1 Year Long Elective or 2 Semester Electives.
    • Students enrolled in World Language and Yearlong Music Ensemble can register for both online.
    • All courses offered meet graduation requirements.
  3. Choose 4 alternate Elective Classes.
    • These need to be 4 courses in addition to your first choices.
    • You will be placed in these if your first choices are filled by upperclassmen.
  4. Please make your selections from the courses listed.
    • Not all courses in the NHHS Catalog are offered each semester.

Our vision at Hale is that all students are capable of achieving honors. Pathways for advanced coursework are designed as a collaboration between students, their families, and their Academy teachers throughout the semester. IEP and MLL (ELL) students please note: Your IEP or MLL (ELL) teacher will work with your counselor to make sure you are in the right support classes.

  1. Enter your Elective options online from your Course Option Sheet Class of 2030
  2. Log into the Source, select “CLASS REGISTRATION” (on left-side of Source Screen) and enter your selections online. For more information refer to the Online Course Instructions page.
Must be Submitted Online by Tuesday, March 10, 2026!

  1. You will not have a Source account until the Fall.
