Summer Office Hours

School is out for the summer!

The Main Office will be closed from Friday, June 26th through Friday, August 2nd for annual cleaning by custodial staff. Messages may be left on the Main Office voicemail 206-252-3680 for urgent concerns or emailed to nathanhale@seattleschools.org, which will be checked on a regular basis.

Office hours are 8:30am to 3:00pm, unless otherwise posted on main entry doors. Further office dates/hours to be posted.

Final Semester 2 Report Cards & Transcripts: Final grades will be available on the Source by July 15th. Senior transcripts will be forwarded to the college noted in Naviance the week of July 15th.

Enrollment: For families interested in enrolling their student at Nathan Hale High School, please contact the Enrollment Office. All student enrollment forms are online and processed centrally at the John Stanford Center for Educational Excellence in Sodo. Please note that the Enrollment Office (SPS Service Center) will be closed for annual system updates from July 15th through 26th though limited staff will be available by phone from 10am to 3pm, and to respond to Let’s Talk messages.

Athletics: Please go to the Nathan Hale Athletics page for information. All required forms are submitted online through FinalForms. All forms and purchase of ASB card will be required before turning out for official practices for fall sports which will start in mid/late August.
