Nathan Hale High School Leadership Announcement  

Dear Nathan Hale Community,  

Please join me in welcoming Jolene Grimes as the permanent principal at Nathan Hale High School!  

Ms. Grimes has served as the interim principal for the past year and has done an excellent job building culture and community with an entirely new administrative team.  

Principal Grimes was selected through a formal interview process that included staff, parents, students and community participation. What stood out to the Nathan Hale interview team was her commitment to the school community, her leadership in elevating student voice, and her advocacy for high-quality instruction to support increasing college, career, and life-readiness skills for students. 

We look forward to all the work Principal Grimes will do during 2025-26 school year and beyond.
