    Update from January 2021

Current deadlines for the Yearbook include:

    • Monday, February 1st: Email Senior baby photos to

Wednesday, March 17th: Purchase Senior Grad Ad. Grad Ad space is limited so follow the instructions below to secure yours!

    From December 2, 2020

The deadline for students of all grade levels to submit portraits for the yearbook has been extended to Monday, January 4th, 2021. As of December 2nd we've received portraits from just under half of all current Nathan Hale students.

The yearbook team kindly asks that you check in with your student about whether they've submitted a portrait for the yearbook. If they haven't submitted a portrait and you want to ensure that they appear in the yearbook, please take your student's photograph and complete the submission process on their behalf.

Our video tutorial walks you carefully through each step of the process. Alternatively, the same instructions are also available in the form of an infographic.

Unless a student or guardian has personally spoken with us about an extension, the yearbook staff will not accept any portraits after Monday, January 4th, 2021. Any students we don't receive portraits of will be listed in the yearbook as "Not Pictured".

Lastly, if your student hasn't filled out the Yearbook Gender Pronouns Form, please encourage them to do so. This Form expires on Monday, January 4th, 2021.
