    The following was emailed out to all Seniors (to their district email address) and Senior Families via SchoolMessenger on Thursday, 6/3:

    We are excited to pass on to you information about our Graduation Ceremony scheduled for 2:00PM on Saturday, June 12th at Memorial Stadium. <<Seniors should arrive by at least 1:00PM.>>

    Graduation is a masked event so all seniors and guests must remain masked at all times. Since number of guests are limited, the event will be simulcast on SPS TV. Here is more information about SPSTV from the SPS website. Here are ways to watch the graduation on SPSTV:

    • SPSTV YouTube channel for live broadcast and recording after the event
    • SPSTV webpage for live broadcast
    • TV Cable Channels for live broadcast
       - Comcast 26 and 319 (HD)
       - Wave 26 and 695 (HD)
       - Century Link 3008 and 8508 (HD)

    Tickets: Tickets will be available for Seniors to pick-up on Wednesday, June 9th as they complete Senior Check-out. Students will receive 4 tickets and 4 wristbands. The tickets and wristbands will be pre-printed with student name. Infants (1 year old or less) will be allowed entry without a ticket. Both tickets and wristbands are required for entry so please do not lose them. They cannot be replaced!

    Senior Check-Out: Wednesday, June 9th
    Seniors with last names beginning with A-L: 11:00AM to 1:30PM
    Seniors with last names beginning with M-Z: 1:30PM to 4:00PM

    During Senior Check-Out, Seniors will:

    • Confirm Graduation Requirements are completed
    • Confirm Post High School Plan
    • Complete Graduation Name Card
    • Confirm all books/materials are returned and fines are paid
    • Return laptop and charger
    • Pick-up any miscellaneous items
    • Pick-up Graduation Tickets – last thing!

    Wheelchair Access: If you or a guest require wheelchair seating, please contact Rae Keyes at as soon as possible. She will need your student’s name and the guest’s name to pass along to district staff who will be arranging the seating.

    PowerPoint and Video: The attached PowerPoint presentation (which district Webmaster inserted above at top of this entry) includes information and maps (of Memorial Stadium, nearby parking lots, entry/exit points at the stadium, etc.) which should provide you with information for the event. Also included in the PowerPoint is a link to a video you will want to watch!

    COVID Health Attestation: All seniors must complete a Health Attestation the day of graduation. It should be completed on the Qualtrics website. For our Cohort C students who have not completed this yet: to access the online health attestation, you can go to the Seattle Schools website main/home page, go to the first Quick Links on the right, COVID-19 Health Screening (see the snip below of the SPS home page) OR you can go directly to the Qualtrics attestation form. Complete the form and take a screenshot of the passing/green check to show at entry.
