    Senior Final Transcripts
    Posted on 06/12/2017

FINAL TRANSCRIPTS FOR SENIORS WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL JULY 7, 2017.
Seattle Public Schools School year does not end until June 26. After that, final grades will be processed. Therefore, seniors’ final transcripts will not be mailed to colleges until July 7, 2017.

How to request transcript: ALL seniors attending a college only need to submit a stamped envelope with the complete name and address of their school of choice to the registrar’s office (they do not need to sign up on the clipboard in the registrar office).  If the college address is not complete or legible or does not have a stamp, your transcript will not make it to its destination. Do NOT leave a home address. Add a note in the envelope with name and student ID on it, to identify sender.

CommonApp: Because the school year ends so late this year, counselors will not be able to submit final transcripts via CommonApp, because they will be out of the office for the summer. Students who used CommonApp must submit an envelope as described above.

Your college deadline: Some college’s deadlines for final transcripts will occur before our final transcripts become available.

Mid-summer transcript requests: If you need an official transcript between July 8 and August 14, you will need to request it from Student Records at the John Stanford Excellence for Education Building (see https://www.seattleschools.org/cms/one.aspx?pageId=15063)
